Examples of this are the plug testing gauges for automatic checking machines, high-speed steel gauges and differential forks as well as measuring systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optimisation of the production line according to Tamburini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We follow the customer in each phase of the production, from the study and planning process until the execution and production of the customized tools. This means having specific requirements to meet, which is also why precision is our standard, especially when working with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orthofix.com\/\">Orthofix<\/a>, Italian leader in the field of orthopedic implants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our customers handle, among other things, the production of medical screws that are used for hip surgeries. Our intervention, in this case, involves the production of customized gauges to check medical screws. This kind of screw is colloquially called \u201cnail\u201d, however, they are complex mechanical tools made of various components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customized gauges from blueprints: Tamburini\u2019s steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drawing examination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The first phase of every custom project starts from the detailed examination of the product\u2019s drawing and blueprint provided by the custom and the gauge used for control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drafting and confrontation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A first draft is developed and sent to the customer to evaluate each detail and report any changes they would like to make.
