Design and construction of dimensional measurement systems
We have an extensive range of standard products with different kinds of gauges, including simple, composite, fixed or adjustable gauges, to more complex ones, both in terms of characteristics or variables. Moreover, gauges manufactured to provide values for variables can be integrated with a data collection management software system.
Tamburini Srl offers a design and production service of “turnkey” measurement systems, customized according to the customer’s requirements. Each specific request is followed-up by our engineering department with a preliminary gauge study. We then send our customer the quotation. Once our customer accepts our offer and gives us the go-ahead, we design and verify the operational functionality and the conformity of the tool requested and finally we manufacture it.
All products can be supplied with certification issued by our metrology labs.
Computerized solutions for control and quality
In partnership with a data collection software company, we can supply gauges with computerized data collection applied to mechanical calibration, offering a complete, customized product.
This consists of solutions used for product examination which integrate mechanics with the detection and processing of data according to specific customer requests. The possibilities offered are data storage in a database, real time monitoring and advanced statistical analysis.
